We are located at House Number E133 in the Bondir area of Santa Cruz. It’s a proper Goan neighborhood, so it doesn’t feel like a typical office at all. You have to navigate through the small lanes to find us, but once you’re here, it’s pretty chill. Most of the time we are just sitting in front of our screens doing software work. There’s usually a few bikes parked outside in the dirt patch. The office inside is just a bunch of tables and chairs pushed together. We don't have a HR department or a canteen; we just order something from the local shop or bring food from home. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a chance to step outside for a bit. It’s not a fancy place with marble floors. The floor is just plain, and there are wires running along the walls. We work on various digital things, mostly helping people get their stuff online or fixing bugs. We don’t talk in big business words. If something is broken, we try to fix it. If a project is taking long, we just stay a bit later. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we do get the work done eventually. Visitors often get confused by the house numbers in Santa Cruz, so we usually have to tell them to look for the yellow house nearby.
