It might seem a bit odd to have a tech setup in a house in Velsao-Pale, but that’s where we are. Our address is House Number 3/1 in Cansaulim, and it’s a lot quieter here than the big cities. You can hear the birds and sometimes the rain hitting the roof really hard during the monsoons. We handle a lot of networking stuff like routers and cables. Boxes are often stacked up in the corners because there’s always something coming in or going out. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything. Usually, someone just walks in and one of us gets up from the desk to see what they need. The internet can be a bit slow in the village sometimes, which is funny considering what we do. We eat our lunch together and talk about the local news or what’s happening in the village. It’s a simple life here in Goa. We don't wear suits or ties; mostly it’s just comfortable clothes because of the humidity. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the gate squeaks a bit when you open it. We just focus on getting the hardware sorted and making sure the orders for the nearby areas are ready. It’s a small team, and we all do a bit of everything, from moving boxes to answering the phones. We just keep things moving at our own steady pace.
