We are based out of House No.37 in Grande Colony, which is right near the Urdu Primary School. You can often hear the kids playing during their break time, which makes the neighborhood feel quite lively. We deal with fresh supplies, so our schedule is basically dictated by when the goods show up. If the delivery is at 5 AM, then we are here at 5 AM. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. We don't bother with fancy brochures or big marketing campaigns. Our reputation in Grande Colony is mostly just based on people knowing we are here and that we don't try to cheat anyone. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure the storage area is neat, though it’s a constant battle with all the crates coming in. The staff is just a few local guys who know the streets well. We talk about the weather or the local news while we work. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping it that way because it’s easier to manage. There’s no big hierarchy here; if a floor needs sweeping, whoever is closest grabs the broom. We just focus on getting the fresh stuff to where it needs to go before it isn't fresh anymore.
