Sabera Agriculture Producer Company Limited

Sabera Agriculture Producer Company Limited started up here in Maniyadih because a bunch of us farmers needed a better way to get things done together. We are located over at Mithilesh Pd. Verma’s place in the Gandey area of Giridih. It’s a quiet spot, but there’s a lot of farming happening all around us. Being a producer company means we spend a lot of time talking to local growers. We deal with seeds, harvests, and trying to get a fair deal for everyone involved. It’s not always a smooth process. Sometimes the roads are bad or the prices for crops drop unexpectedly. We just take it one day at a time. The office is really just a simple setup where we meet and figure out the next steps for the season. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us trying to make the agriculture work in this part of Jharkhand. We know the land well since we grew up here. Farming is in our blood, even if it gets exhausting during the harvest months. There’s a lot of paperwork lately which we aren't too fond of, but it’s necessary to keep the company official. We hope to keep supporting the farmers in Giridih for many years. It’s about sticking together and making sure the crops get to where they need to go. We just do the work and hope for a good rain.
