Ayushya Agrotech Llp is located in Professor Colony, over in Dumri. We are at Nirmala Pathak’s place. It is in the Giridih district, which is a place we all know and love. We aren't a massive industry with hundreds of employees. We are more like a small team trying to figure out the best ways to handle agrotech stuff in our local area. Living in Dumri, you see how much people rely on the land. We wanted to be a part of that, but in a way that makes sense for today. The office in Professor Colony is a simple setup. It’s not flashy, but it’s where the work gets done. We talk a lot about seeds and how to make the ground produce more without ruining it. It is a learning process for all of us. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing slogans. We just show up and do the work. Giridih can be a tough place to do business sometimes, but we are from here, so we understand how things go. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. If someone has a question about what we are doing, they usually just drop by and ask. We don’t use complicated language because there is no need for it.
