Shresthutkarshfarmer Producer Company Limited is located in Changarbansa. Santosh Kumar Verma, the son of the late Balki Mahto, is the one in charge of the group. We are in the Giridih area. Most of us here have been farming this land for as long as we can remember. We don't have a big corporate office or a lot of staff. It's just a few of us from the village who handle the paperwork and the planning. We work out of a small space in Changarbansa. Our main focus is just getting the local produce gathered and sent to the right places. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just speak the way we do every day. The weather in Jharkhand can be tough on the crops, so we spend a lot of time worrying about the rain. We don't have any polished slogans. We just want to do right by the local farmers who are part of our group. It’s a lot of physical work and long hours during the harvest season. We keep things simple and practical. If you need to find us, just ask around in the village for Santosh. We are always around the fields or the storage area. That is pretty much our story. Just local people working hard and staying together to make ends meet in our small town.
