Lal Bazaar Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Budhwadih, which is in the Dhanwar area of Giridih. Md Moein Ansari is the one who helps keep things organized at Pn. 10. We are a group of folks who grew up around these hills and fields. There is not much to say about us other than we are just trying to make farming a bit more manageable for the local people here. It is not a big corporate setup. We mostly meet up and figure out how to get our produce to the market without too much trouble. Giridih is a place where you have to work hard if you want anything to grow. We spend a lot of time talking about the rain and the seeds. It is honest work, even if it gets tiring sometimes. We do not use big words or have fancy meetings. Usually, it is just a few of us sitting down after a long day in the sun. The office is basically just a spot to keep the books in order. We know everyone in the village, so there is no need for formal introductions. Life in Jharkhand has its challenges, but we stick together. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to help our own families and the neighbors down the road in Dhanwar. It is just a group of farmers doing what they know best to get by.
