The village of Rakhsiitkhori is where we are based. It is in the Hazaribagh and Chatra (N) area, specifically near the Itkhori post office. Hema Singh’s place is the main landmark people usually look for when they come by this way. We are Sonpura Farmer Producer Company Limited. It is mostly just local folks working together on the land here. We deal with the stuff that grows in this part of the country. The weather can be really tough on the crops sometimes, but we keep going. The address is quite a long one, but once you get to Itkhori, it is not too hard to find us. We handle the farming side of things and organize how the crops get moved around. Sometimes the roads out here are very dusty and bumpy. There is not much flash to what we do. It is mostly just getting the work done every single day. We have been at this for a while now. Most of us grew up around here and know the soil pretty well. It is a group effort, really. You won't find any fancy offices or shiny furniture. Just some simple rooms and the fields out back. We try to keep things honest and practical. Being a producer company means we look out for one another. Sometimes we have meetings to talk about the harvest or what needs doing next. It is not a big corporate setup. Just people from the village trying to make a living.
