Sarwamitra Agro Producer Company Limited is a small group located in Village Tiliya Khadi. We don't have a long, complicated address, just the village and our registration number R2-7529. Most of us here have known each other since we were kids. We spent our lives in the fields, so starting a company together felt like the next natural step to take. It’s not always easy to coordinate with everyone when they are busy with their own plots of land, but we try to meet up at least once a week. Tiliya Khadi is a quiet place and we like it that way. We aren't interested in making things look flashy or acting like big city businessmen. We are just farmers who want to make sure we can sell what we grow for a decent price. The paperwork was a bit of a headache at the start, but we are getting the hang of it now. When you come visit, you’ll probably see us sitting under a tree or in a small room talking about the price of seeds. There are no fancy signs or reception desks here. It’s just us, the land, and the work we do together. We take things one day at a time and try to help each other out when someone’s crop is struggling. It's basic and real. We don't have any big corporate goals, just a desire to keep our village going strong.
