It’s a practical location for us because moving goods in and out of Cochin is much easier when you are right on the bypass. We aren't a huge multinational with a skyscraper. We just have this ground floor space where we manage our food and drink supplies. The office part is small because most of the work happens in the storage and handling areas. Traffic in Maradu can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we plan our day around that. We get a lot of people asking about what we do because of our name, but it’s really just about getting quality food products to where they need to go. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and the locals know us. The team here is small and we don't go in for fancy titles or corporate stuff. We just wear comfortable clothes, drink a lot of tea, and get the work finished. It’s a good spot to work from and being near the Sarovaram landmark makes it easy to give directions.
