Unity Vinegar

We are located in Kunnathunad, right on the Aluva Road in Perumbavoor. Unity Vinegar has been around this area for a while. Making vinegar isn't something you can rush. It takes time and patience and the smell is something you never really forget. Some people find it strong but to us it just smells like work. The facility is an old building and we have to keep up with the maintenance quite a bit. The roof leaked last year during the rains but we got it fixed up finally. We don't have a big sales team or a fancy office. Most of our days are spent checking the vats and making sure the bottling line is running okay. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to fix it ourselves with whatever tools we have in the drawer. It’s a local operation and we know most of the drivers who come to pick up the crates. Perumbavoor is a good spot for us because the transport links are decent and it's easy to get to Aluva from here. We don't do much advertising at all. People know Unity Vinegar because they've seen our bottles in the local stores for years. We aren't looking to change how things are done. We just want to keep making a product that people find useful in their kitchens every day. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without any breaks.
