Synthite Industries Ltd.

Working out here in Synthite Valley in Kolenchery is a bit different from being in the city. It’s a lot of space, and we’re surrounded by a bit more green, though the work inside is as busy as anywhere else you'd find. We spend our time managing the production side of things, making sure the machinery is running like it’s supposed to. It gets quite humid around here, especially when the rains start, but that’s just how it is in Kerala. We have a lot of people coming in for their shifts, and there’s always a truck or two being loaded up with products to be sent out. It’s a big site, so there’s a lot of walking between the different sections throughout the day. We don’t really do the whole corporate polished look; we’re more about getting our hands dirty and making sure the quality stays where it needs to be. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the rhythms of the place pretty well. It can be a long day, especially when we have a big order to get out, but we usually manage to get it done. We keep things pretty simple in the office too. Just enough to get the job done and keep the records organized. It’s a steady kind of life, focused on the processing and the daily output. We just try to do our jobs right and go home tired.
