Symega Savoury Technology Ltd. is tucked away in the Synthite Taste Park. The address is Xi 312 G Pancode, which is right near Kolenchery. It’s an interesting place because there are a lot of different smells coming from the kitchens and labs here since we work with food ingredients and savouries. It’s not like a typical office job. We are usually busy testing out different tastes or checking on the production lines in the park. The location near Kolenchery is quite nice, a bit away from the heavy city traffic but still easy enough for the trucks to get in and out. We spend a lot of time on the technical side of making things taste right. It is a lot of trial and error in the labs before anything goes out the door. Everyone here knows their way around a spice rack and a weighing scale. We have our facility set up to handle the big batches, but it still feels like a group of people just trying to get the flavors right. We don’t really do much in the way of big announcements. We just stay focused on the work at Pancode. If you are driving through the area, the Taste Park is hard to miss. It’s a big part of the local landscape here. We’ve been at this for a while and the routine stays pretty consistent for everyone on the team. It is just plain work every day.
