Popular Food Product

The building we have here in Okkal is not anything fancy to look at, just a solid place where we get the work done. We are located near Perumbavoor in the Ernakulam area and most of the local folks know where to find us. We spend our days making food products that people use in their kitchens every day. It is not a big corporate operation with hundreds of workers. It is just a few of us here making sure the machines are running and the packing is done right. The roads around here can get a bit tight when the big trucks come in for pickups, but we manage to make it work. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot because the humidity in Ernakulam can be quite a lot to deal with. Most of our time is spent on our feet in the production area rather than sitting at a desk. We don't have a big marketing budget or a website with lots of photos. We just focus on putting out good stuff so that nobody has a reason to complain. It is a simple setup and we like it that way. Sometimes the rain slows things down but we just keep at it. If you are ever passing through Okkal, you will likely see us busy at work. We have been at this for a long time and we just plan to keep going as usual.
