Pling Foods And Beverage Private Limited is based out of Edappally. Our address is IV/843, Shine Villas, Valiyaparambil. If you know the Edappally post office area, we aren't too far from there. We work with different kinds of food and drinks. It’s a practical business. We don't have a big, shiny headquarters. We operate out of Shine Villas, which gives it more of a local, neighborhood feel than a cold corporate one. The team here is small. We spend our days dealing with suppliers and figuring out the logistics of moving beverages and food products around Ernakulam. Edappally is always growing and the roads are usually packed, so we have to plan our day around the traffic. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just try to get the orders right and keep the business running. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. Sometimes things go wrong, like a late delivery or a mix-up, and we just fix it and move on. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a small company. We like being in this part of Kerala. It feels real and busy. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day at the villa. It's a bit crowded with all the crates sometimes, but we manage to find space for everything eventually.
