Green Valley Condiments

Green Valley Condiments is situated in Ayroor. We’re very close to the Kochin Airport, so you can hear the planes taking off and landing all day long. It becomes a sort of background noise after a while. We work out of a modest facility where we handle all our condiments. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a practical space where we can get things done without getting in each other’s way. Ayroor is a nice area, quite green as the name suggests. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve seen the airport grow bigger over the years. We stay focused on our own daily tasks. The work is steady and involves a lot of checking and packing. We don’t have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just have a calendar and a list of things to do. Sometimes the rain in Kerala makes things slow down a bit, but we just keep working through it. Our staff comes from nearby, so there’s a lot of local talk in the break room. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our job well in this corner of Ayroor. It’s a good way to live, working near the airport and keeping the business moving forward one day at a time. It keeps us out of trouble.
