Dannymariyam Foods is based at 15/1237 A, near the Kurushingal Japamala in the Nazarath area of Mattancherry. Ernakulam is where we have always been, and being in Mattancherry means we are surrounded by a lot of history and food. Our place is simple and we focus on getting food products out to the local market. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something happening outside our door. The office is just a regular room where we keep our books and take orders. We aren't trying to be a giant company; we just want to do our job well. Sometimes the heat in Kerala can be tough, especially in the afternoons, but we keep the work moving. We spend a lot of time talking to local vendors and making sure our supplies are fresh. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big reception area. Most of the time, the people who come here are regular customers or delivery guys. We like the local feel of Nazarath and wouldn't really want to be anywhere else. We just focus on the food and the people who buy it. It's a lot of work but it's what we know how to do best in this corner of Ernakulam. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed even when we have a lot of orders to pack up and ship out for the day.
