You can find us on the second floor at Flat No. 202, over on Ansari Road. Darya Ganj is always a bit chaotic with the traffic and the markets, but once you get up to the office, it’s a lot calmer. We’ve been at 4832/24 for a while now. The stairs are a bit steep, so we usually warn people before they come up for the first time. It’s mostly just stacks of books and boxes everywhere you look. We do a lot of our work through the mail and shipping for Mansee Books Private Limited, so there’s always tape and packing paper lying around the floor. It’s not a showroom or a fancy retail spot, just a place where we manage the business side of things. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoons, which is a bit of a pain, but we have a backup for the computers. We’ve got a small team here, just a handful of us making sure orders go out on time. The windows look out over the street, so we see the Sunday book market crowds when they happen. It’s a busy life here in Darya Ganj, and we’re just one small part of it. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on keeping the inventory moving and answering the phone when it rings. It gets a bit dusty with all the paper, but that's just part of the job.
