We are located at Office No.-7/31 on Ansari Road. Daryaganj is a crowded place, and our office is right in the middle of that chaos. We do a lot of distributing, so there are always boxes coming in and out of the door. The space isn't very big, so we have to be smart about how we stack things. Sometimes you can barely see the person sitting across from you because of the piles of books. It’s a bit of a maze, really. We spend the day on the phone or typing out invoices. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or modern art. It’s just an office with sturdy shelves and people who know their way around a catalog. The air is always a bit dusty from all the cardboard. Outside, the street is never quiet. You hear the horns and the people shouting all day long. We’ve grown used to it over the years. We take our breaks when we can. Sometimes we just stand by the window and watch the traffic for a minute. It’s a straightforward business. We get the books from the publishers and send them where they need to go. We don’t make a big fuss about it. It’s just what we do here in Daryaganj, day after day, keeping the orders moving.
