We are based right inside Hotel Brentwood on The Mall in Mussoorie. If you know the area, it’s the Kulri side. Palms & Waves Hospitality Llp is the name we use for our business side of things. Being on The Mall means we are right in the thick of it. Mussoorie gets so crowded in the summer that you can barely walk, but in the winter, it gets quiet and cold. We have been here at 248179 for a long time. It’s a hill station life, so everything is a bit of a climb. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India; we just want to handle our corner of the hospitality world properly. Most of our work involves making sure guests have what they need and the building stays in good shape despite the damp mountain air. It’s a lot of maintenance and talking to visitors from all over. We don’t have a fancy corporate office with glass walls. We work out of the hotel. It’s more practical that way because we can see what is happening. Sometimes the monkeys on the roof make more noise than the tourists. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s an honest way to make a living and we’ve gotten used to the pace of life up here in the hills of Dehradun district. We are just here doing our job.
