Oberoi Hotel New Delhi

It might seem a bit odd to see an address in Dehradun for a place called Oberoi Hotel New Delhi. We are located at 184 Model Colony in the Ara Ghar area of Dehra Dun. This is where we handle a lot of the administrative tasks and back-end support that people don't usually see. The pin code is 248001, and we have been in this part of Uttranchal for quite a while now. The building is an old residential house that we’ve adapted for our needs. It has high ceilings and large windows that let in a lot of light, which is nice during the winter months. We aren't the big hotel itself with the fancy rooms and the tall glass windows. We are just the crew working in a quiet neighborhood, far away from the noise of the capital. We have a few desks set up in different rooms and we spend most of our time on the phone or on our computers. It is a peaceful place to work, even if the internet can be a bit temperamental when the mountain weather turns bad. We take our tea breaks in the small garden outside and talk about the news. It’s a simple, honest way to earn a living. We don't have a big sign outside or a bunch of staff in uniforms. We just do our jobs in this little corner of Model Colony and make sure everything is handled right.
