Chutney Merry Hotel

We've been here on Kaulagarh Road for a while now. Most people know us because we're right near Krishna Nagar Chowk. It's a busy part of Dehradun, and things are always moving outside our doors. Inside the Chutney Merry Hotel, it's a bit different. We try to keep things straightforward for whoever stops by. It isn't fancy, but we have rooms and some food for people passing through. Sometimes the traffic on the road gets loud, but that's just how this area is. We deal with all sorts of travelers. Some are just here for a night while they head further up into the hills, and others stay longer for work in the city. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know where to find things if you need help. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a building at number 34 where you can get some sleep. We spend a lot of time cleaning and making sure the basic stuff works like the lights and the water. If something isn't right, you just tell one of us at the desk and we'll try to fix it. Dehradun has changed a lot lately, with more cars and shops popping up everywhere, but we're still sitting here in the same spot. It’s just a regular place to stay if you’re in this part of town and don’t want anything too complicated or expensive.
