Our hotel, NEERAJ LUXURY HOTELS PRIVATE LIMITED, is sitting right on Haridwar Road in Rishikesh. We are at number 306, right across from the SBM shopping complex. If you’ve ever been to Rishikesh, you know how busy Haridwar Road can get. There are always people moving, bells ringing, and the sound of the river isn’t too far off. We started this because we saw so many people coming to the city who needed a solid place to stay that was close to the shops and the main roads. We aren’t a big chain from Mumbai or Delhi. We are local to Dehradun district. Running a hotel here means you meet all kinds of people, from those on a pilgrimage to people who want to go rafting. The office is a busy place where we keep track of who is coming and going. We don't use those slick marketing scripts. When you call us, you’re just talking to one of the staff members who might be busy folding towels or checking a bill. We try our best to keep everything running smooth. The shopping complex across the street is handy for our guests who forgot to pack something. We just want to provide a good, clean room without any of the extra nonsense you find at bigger places. It’s a practical business for a practical town. We often have tea together in the lobby when the afternoon rush slows down.
