Mahar Hotel Management

We are located at 97 Rajpur Road, which is one of the main stretches here in Dehradun. It’s a busy street with lots of shops and offices, and we’ve been part of the landscape for a while now. Our work revolves around hotel management, so we spend a lot of time teaching and organizing things for people looking to get into the hospitality business. The building is easy to find, though parking can be a bit of a struggle on certain days of the week when everyone is out and about. Inside, it’s a mix of classrooms and office space. It’s not a luxury hotel itself, just the place where the work happens behind the scenes. We have a lot of students and young people coming through the doors, which keeps the energy up and the office a bit noisy. We don't go for a lot of formal talk; we prefer to keep things practical because that's how the industry actually works. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks and catch up on the local news with the other shop owners. We like being on Rajpur Road because everything is within reach and there's a good rhythm to the day. It’s a straightforward operation here. We show up, do the work, and help folks understand what it takes to run a hotel without making it sound more complicated than it needs to be. It's just about being organized and knowing how to talk to guests.
