Magicview Resorts Private Limited is located at Upper Tunwala, over in the Chaktonwala Grant area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but Kuldeep Singh Rana keeps things running. It’s a private limited company, but it feels more like a local project. We aren't some massive resort with hundreds of staff and uniforms. It’s mostly just us. We chose this spot because you can actually see the sky and the trees without all the city noise. The address is simple, just C/O Kuldeep Singh Rana. We spend a lot of our time outside, making sure the grounds aren't getting too overgrown with weeds. In the rainy season, everything grows so fast it’s hard to keep up. We don't have a glossy brochure. We just tell people how it is. If you like being away from the main roads and don't mind a bit of a climb, you'll get why we are here. It's a practical place. We focus on the basics like clean rooms and a decent view of the surroundings. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the weather change over the hills. Other days we are running around fixing things that broke overnight. It’s honest work. We don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. It’s just a resort in a quiet corner of the world. We are just regular people doing our best with the land we have.
