We are based up in Dehradun, in the 248001 area of Uttarakhand. It’s a beautiful part of India, right in the hills. Our office for Ihhr Hospitality is here. We don't have a very specific street name in this record, just Dehradun. The air is better here than in the big cities. We work on hospitality projects and managing properties. It’s a lot of meetings and looking at plans. The office is a comfortable place. We have a few people working on computers and some who are always out visiting sites. Dehradun has a slower pace, which is nice for work. We’ve been involved in the local hotel scene for a long time. People come here for the mountains and we help make sure they have places to stay. It’s not a corporate glass tower. It’s more like a local house turned into an office. We drink tea and discuss the day's tasks. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or rain, especially during the monsoon. That's just how it is in Uttarakhand. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just manage the hospitality side of things. It's honest work. We know the local vendors and the staff at the different sites. It feels like a small community. We are just here doing our job in the hills and taking it one day at a time.
