We are located out in Kishanpur, which is a bit of a quieter side of Dehradun compared to the main city center. Our address is Khasra No. 309, which is also called New No. 1 now. It gets a bit confusing with the old and new numbers sometimes, but that’s how the paperwork goes here in Uttarakhand. Doon Divine Hotels and Developers is basically a small team of us working on various projects. We do some hotel stuff and also look into land and building things in the area. Dehradun is changing fast, and Kishanpur is no different. There are new houses and shops popping up all the time. Our office is just a regular space where we sit and figure things out. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. It is more of a family-type feel here. Sometimes it gets dusty with all the construction nearby, but that’s part of the growth I guess. We spend a lot of our time dealing with local stuff and making sure our sites are okay. The pin code is 248001, so we are still very much part of the main Dehradun district. It’s a decent place to be if you like being near the hills but still want to be close to the town. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day.
