Our place is tucked away in Lane Number 6 over in Pushpa Kunj, which is part of Ajabpur. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here, but we like it that way. Chitralekha Resorts Llp is really just a small team of us working out of this spot. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters with glass walls and fancy carpets. It’s mostly just a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of tea being made throughout the day. We spend most of our time handling the various things that come up with the properties. One day it might be a plumbing issue that needs sorting out, and the next we are trying to figure out why the internet isn't working at one of the buildings. It’s hard work and it isn't always pretty. Most of us grew up nearby so we know the local area quite well. We’ve seen Ajabpur change a lot over the years with more houses and shops popping up everywhere. We try to keep things simple and honest in how we operate. There is always some paperwork to finish or a phone call to make to a vendor. Sometimes we get behind on the filing because things get so busy, but we eventually catch up. It’s a regular business run by regular people who just want to keep things moving forward without any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures.
