You can find Zorb inside the Saluja Residency on Hill Cart Road in Siliguri. Hill Cart Road is the main artery of the city, so there is constant traffic and noise right outside. It’s the road everyone takes if they are heading up toward the hills or coming down to the plains. Being part of the residency means we get a lot of travelers who are just passing through Siliguri for a night. We also have local regulars who have been coming to this area for years. The restaurant isn't anything too flashy; it’s just a solid place to sit down and have a meal. We’ve got a mix of tables and a fairly simple layout. The staff here has a routine they’ve followed for a long time. We start early in the morning to get things ready for the breakfast crowd and keep going until late evening. It’s a busy life being on such a major road, but we’ve gotten used to the constant hum of the city. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements because most people just find us by being in the hotel or walking along Hill Cart Road. It’s just how we run things. We focus on keeping the place clean and the food ready for whoever walks in next. Most days are just about managing the kitchen and making sure the guests are comfortable while they take a break from their journey.
