Binod Restaurant

You will find our restaurant right on Hill Cart Road in the Pradhan Nagar area of Siliguri. We are located directly opposite the Sikkim National Bus Stand, which means there are always people coming and going at all hours. It’s a very noisy and active part of town. We get a lot of travelers who have just stepped off a bus and are looking for something to eat before they head to their next destination. Because of where we are, we see people from all over. The restaurant isn't anything fancy; it’s just a place with tables and chairs where you can get a hot meal. We start the stoves early in the morning because the buses start arriving before the sun is even up. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, and we are constantly wiping down the tables to keep things tidy. We don't have a marketing team or any glossy brochures to show you. We just rely on the fact that people are hungry when they arrive at the station. The staff here has been with us for a while, and we all know how to handle the sudden rushes when a big bus pulls in. It’s a bit of a hectic life, but it keeps us busy. We just keep the water boiling and the food ready for whoever walks through the door. It’s a simple way to earn a living and we appreciate the people who stop by.
