We are situated on the ground floor of a building on Sevoke Road, at the 2nd Mile in Siliguri. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Kotak Mahindra Bank branch at 2nd Mile. Sevoke Road is one of the main roads in the city, so it is always full of traffic and people heading in different directions. We have been here for a few years now. Our place is easy to get into since it is right on the street level. We do not have any polished corporate signs or fancy marketing. It is just a simple, local business where we do our work every day. Being in the 734001 area means we are right in the heart of a busy commercial district. We see a lot of different people, from local shop owners to folks who are just passing through Siliguri. It can get very noisy outside with all the cars and people, but that is just the way it is on Sevoke Road. We try to keep our space tidy and just get on with our tasks. We are not part of a big chain; it is just a small team of us here. Most people find us because they are already at the bank or visiting other shops nearby. It is a very practical location for us.
