If you’re driving along NH 31 near Siliguri, you’ll probably pass us at Station More. We go by Bagdogra Restaurant and Green Chilli. Being right on the highway means we see a lot of travelers, truck drivers, and people heading up towards the hills or over to the airport. Bagdogra is a busy little transit point, and Station More is right in the heart of it. We’ve been here at this spot for a while now. The air is often filled with the sound of horns and engines because of the highway. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it’s always interesting. We start our day early to catch the morning travelers. The kitchen gets busy pretty fast. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here, just basic tables and a menu that we know how to cook well.
