You can find us, Bhojohori Manna Restaurant, inside the Hotel Golden Moments on Hill Cart Road in Siliguri. We are right near Venus More, which is a place that always has something going on. Being on Hill Cart Road means we see a lot of people coming and going, especially those heading up toward the hills or just moving through the center of town. Our daily life is pretty much centered around this one spot. We start our shift by checking the kitchen and making sure we have enough of everything. It's a simple process. The hotel brings in its own crowd, and we are just there to make sure they have somewhere to sit and something to eat. It gets a bit loud outside with the horns and the buses, but we’re used to it by now. We don't really use any big words to describe what we do. We just work here.
