Dhaka Biryani House Cum Restaurant is right on Hill Cart road in the Pradhan Nagar area of Siliguri. The pincode is 734003. We are located near the Mahananda Bridge, specifically in Gurung Colony. Siliguri is a gateway to a lot of places, so Hill Cart road is always packed with buses and cars. Being near the bridge means we see a lot of the traffic coming into the city. We’ve been at this spot in Pradhan Nagar for a while. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We are just a local restaurant trying to manage the daily rush. The humidity in Siliguri can be a bit much, but we just keep going. Our place in Gurung Colony isn't hard to find if you know where the bridge is. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or out front talking to people who stop by. There’s no big mission statement on our wall, just a calendar and some basic stuff. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a house and restaurant where we work every single day. The Mahananda Bridge is a constant landmark for us. Sometimes we watch the river when we have a minute to breathe. It’s just a regular life here on Hill Cart road with all the dust and the noise that comes with it.
