Niribili Restaurant

We are down at Ramesh Bhawan on George Mahbert Road, right by the Bidhan Market in Siliguri. This part of 734001 is always packed with people shopping and moving goods around. Being near Bidhan Market means it is never quiet. We have been here for a while and we see the same faces almost every day. The restaurant isn't very big, and it can get a bit noisy when the market is at its busiest. We do our best to keep up with the rush. The kitchen is small but we manage to get everything cooked on time. We don't have a big website or anyone doing social media for us. We just put the sign out and people come in when they are hungry. The floors are a bit worn from all the feet walking over them, but we keep them clean. It is a real local place. Sometimes we have to shout a bit to be heard over the traffic outside, but that is just Siliguri for you. We focus on the daily tasks, like checking the stock and making sure the water is running. It is a lot of work to keep a small restaurant going in a busy market like this. We just keep the doors open and the food ready for the next person.
