Unicrop Farm Projects Llp

Unicrop Farm Projects Llp is based out of the Mall Mart in City Center, Matigara. Specifically, we are at Unit No Ccsg H0028. We are in the same space as Land Shelter and Renovation, so it can get a bit crowded in there sometimes with people coming and going. Being in the City Center means it is easy to grab a tea or some lunch, but the noise from the mall can be a bit much during the weekends. We focus on various farm projects. It is a lot of planning and looking at blueprints or land documents. We are not a giant firm, just a small group of people who know how to manage agricultural projects. The office is functional. We have a couple of desks and a lot of folders. Matigara is growing fast, and we see a lot of changes happening around us every month. We try to keep up with the pace. It is not always easy to balance the farm side of things with being located in a shopping mall, but it works for us. We spend our mornings checking on project statuses and the afternoons are usually for meetings or paperwork. It is a regular job with regular people. We do not have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar and a list of things to get done before the day ends. We just try to keep things simple and clear for everyone.
