Being in Siliguri, we have a good view of how things are moving in the region. We do a mix of things here, mostly focusing on farms and fisheries. It is a lot to keep track of because fish and crops are very different, but we enjoy the variety. The office is usually a bit messy with reports and maps of the ponds and fields. We aren't the type of people to sit in suits all day. You’re more likely to see us in plain shirts, probably drinking tea and talking about the water levels or the price of feed. It’s a busy spot on Sevoke Road, so there’s always noise from the street, but we get our work done. We handle the logistics and the planning from here. It takes a lot of effort to make sure the fish are healthy and the crops are growing well. We don't use any complicated systems, just hard work and keeping an eye on the details. Sometimes things go wrong, like a pump failing or a bad storm, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It’s a real business run by real people who care about what they’re doing. We don't have time for anything too polished.
