Aqua Blue Global Aquaculture Solutions Private Limited is located over at Paliguri, Tarangapar. We operate out of Md Akbar Ali’s place. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if the weather isn't cooperating, but we are used to it. We focus on aquaculture, which means a lot of time spent looking at water and checking on the health of the stock. It’s a technical job in some ways, but it’s mostly just common sense and hard work. We have a few tanks and ponds that we manage. Akbar keeps an eye on the daily operations and makes sure we don't run out of supplies. We aren't a corporate giant; we are just a few guys who know a lot about fish and water. The area in Tarangapar is mostly quiet, which is nice for this kind of work. We don't like to make a lot of noise. Sometimes we have visitors asking how we do things, and we just show them the setup. It’s not very polished, and there’s usually some mud on the floor, but it works for us. We spend our afternoons talking about the pH levels and the temperature of the water. It’s constant work because the fish don't take holidays. We try to keep everything running smooth without too much fuss.
