Ranmardini Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group, Ranmardini Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited, is based in Sansar. That is in Indapur, for anyone who doesn't know the area well. We work out of Malojirao Gaikwad's place. It is a very rural spot, and that is just how we like it. The women here are very hardworking and don't have much time for nonsense. We spend most of our time in the fields, so the company stuff happens in the evenings or early mornings. We don't have a fancy headquarters with a receptionist. It is just a spot at the post in Sansar where we gather to talk about the harvest. 413104 is our pin code, and most of the people here are involved in agriculture one way or another. It is a lot of work to keep everyone on the same page. We started this because we wanted a way to sell our stuff without getting cheated by traders. It is not a perfect system, and we are still figuring out the business side of things. There are a lot of forms to fill out and rules to follow, which is quite annoying when you have crops to tend to. But we do it because it is better than trying to do everything alone. We share tools and advice. If someone's crop is doing poorly, we try to see what's wrong. It is just a group of local women trying to keep their farms running and their families fed. That is the whole story.
