You can find Transtech Products at 81 S.K. Complex, right on Mettupalayam Road. If you know Coimbatore, you know how much traffic flows past our door every single day. It’s a loud, energetic place to work. We’ve got a decent-sized space in the complex where we keep our stock and handle the daily administrative stuff. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or expensive art. Instead, you’ll find shelves of parts, some packing crates, and a few sturdy desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and customers, making sure everyone gets what they need. The dust from the road sometimes finds its way in, so we’re always wiping down the counters. Our team is small but we know the product line inside out. We don’t really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just supply technical products to people who need them for their own shops or projects. Most days involve checking inventory and loading up the delivery vans. It gets pretty busy around mid-morning, so we usually have our tea in shifts. Being on Mettupalayam Road means we’re easy to find, even if the parking can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We’ve been here long enough that we don't really think about the noise anymore; it’s just part of the background. We just get on with the job and handle whatever order comes in next.
