Being opposite a big office like HDFC means we see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. We focus strictly on vegetarian food. There isn't any big mission statement or corporate philosophy behind what we do. We just cook and serve food to the people who walk through our door at number 59. The morning starts with getting the kitchen ready before the breakfast crowd from the colony arrives. Saibaba Colony is a busy residential and shopping area, and we have become a regular part of the street scene here. We don't use flashy marketing or try to sound like something we are not.
