Afghan Grill

We are located inside The Residency on Avinashi Road. The address is 1075-76, and the pin code is 641018. It’s a well-known part of town, so finding us isn't usually too hard for people. We focus on the grill and keeping the kitchen running smoothly every evening. It’s not always easy work, especially when the dining room fills up fast and everyone is hungry at the same time. We don't really go in for big advertisements or anything like that. We just open the doors and get to work. The staff here is a small group, and we’ve learned to work around each other in the tight space of the kitchen. Sometimes the heat from the grills gets to be a lot, but that is just part of the job. We try to keep things simple and honest. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the food comes out right. People come here for a meal, and we do our best to provide that without any unnecessary extras. Avinashi Road is always busy, but once you’re inside, it feels a bit different. We just take it one order at a time. Some nights are quiet, which gives us a chance to clean up and organize, while other nights are a total blur. That is just how the restaurant business goes. We don't expect things to be perfect, we just try to be ready when the guests arrive.
