Anjappar Chettinadu Restaurant in Coimbatore is located at Number 356 on Bharathiyar Road. We are right in the Sidhapudur area, which is pretty close to Gandhipuram. It’s a very central part of the city, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. We’ve got a decent-sized space here, and we spend a lot of our morning just getting the spices ground and the vegetables chopped up. It’s a lot of prep work before the doors even open. The lunch hour is usually our busiest time, and the noise level definitely picks up then. We aren't trying to be a five-star fancy place; we just want to provide a solid meal for the folks working nearby or living in Sidhapudur. Sometimes the staff is a bit rushed, but we try to keep things moving. The building is a regular commercial spot on a busy road. We’ve seen other shops come and go on Bharathiyar Road, but we’ve managed to stay put and keep doing our thing. It’s a lot of routine, really. You clean, you cook, you serve, and you do it all over again the next day. We like being in this part of Coimbatore because it feels like the heart of the city. There's no corporate script here, just us working hard to keep the place running and the customers fed. We just focus on the food and let the rest take care of itself.
