A TO Z CATRING SREVICE

Started the business here in Tatabad on 4th street. It's a busy spot near the north Coimbatore railway station. We do a lot of cooking for people around the SND Layout. It gets hot in the kitchen but that is how it is. Sometimes people come in asking for a menu and we just tell them what we can do that day. We handle the big pots and the transport ourselves. It’s not fancy. The smells from the spices go out onto the street and the neighbors know when we are working. We have been here for a while now. Some days are slow and some days we are running around since 4 in the morning. That is just how the catering life goes in this part of town. We try to keep things simple and clear with everyone who walks in. The shop isn't hard to find if you are coming from the railway side. We just stay busy with the local orders. It takes a lot of work to get the flavors right every single time but we have the same group of people helping out for years. We don't spend much time on the computer or making ads. Most people just know us from seeing the van around or eating at a friend's house. It is a lot of cleaning and heavy lifting, but it keeps us going. The layout here is quiet usually until the trains get in.
