Star Biriyani and Chinese Ac

Our place, Star Biriyani and Chinese Ac, is located in the S.K buildings on Subramaniam Road. We are right by the 2nd Main gate in R S Puram. If you know where the Gandhi Park Swimming Pool is, we are just a short walk from there. It's a decent spot in a busy part of Coimbatore. We have air conditioning, which helps a lot during those humid afternoons. The shop itself isn't fancy, just a few tables and the kitchen in the back. We spend most of our time prepping vegetables and getting the meat ready for the biriyani. The Chinese dishes keep the pans busy too. It’s a small team of us working here every day. We get a lot of office workers during the week and families on the weekends. It can get a bit cramped when it's full, but people don't seem to mind much. We aren't a big corporation, just a local eatery. Sometimes the power goes out, or we run out of a certain ingredient, and we just have to handle it. It's honest work. We like being near the park because there's always something going on. We just focus on putting out the food and making sure everyone has a place to sit. It’s a straightforward business. We’ve been at this door number for a while now and enjoy being part of the R S Puram scene.
