R M Restaurant

R M Restaurant is right here in the YMCA building on Head Post Office Road. It's a busy spot in Coimbatore, especially with the railway station being so close. We see a lot of people coming and going all day long. Some are just getting off a train and look pretty tired, while others are local workers from around the post office area. The kitchen gets hot in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is. We spend a lot of time just keeping things moving, making sure there are enough chairs for everyone. It’s not a big fancy place, but it works for what it is. The floors get a bit scuffed from all the feet walking through, and the noise from the road never really stops. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the front for a bit, which is a pain, but we manage. Most days are about getting the prep done early and making sure the coffee is ready before the first crowd hits. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors know us. It’s a simple routine of opening up, cleaning the tables, and making sure people get what they asked for without too much fuss. Coimbatore weather can be a bit much, so the overhead fans are always going. It's just a regular part of life here on this street. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that, just the name on the door and the smell of food coming out.
