You’ll find us at No 27 on Ranga Samy Road in R S Puram. We’re tucked away on the back side of Vadakovai Sindhamani. Coimbatore can be a very busy place, and R S Puram is definitely one of the more active parts of the city. We’ve focused on biryani since we started because that’s what we know how to do. It’s a long process every day. We have to get the rice and the spices just right, and the meat takes hours to prep. We start early when the city is still quiet. By the time lunch comes around, the whole place smells like the kitchen. We don't have fancy decorations or expensive lights. It’s just a plain room where you can get a good plate of food. Most of the people who come here are from the shops nearby or people who live in the neighborhood. We don’t do any big advertising. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. The kitchen is a hot place to work, and we spend most of our shift in there. We don't have a big management team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure everything is done right. We’ve been in this spot for years and we’ve seen the streets change around us. If you’re looking for a simple meal without any of the extra stuff, we’re here in our little corner of R S Puram.
