Nalan unavagam

Nalan unavagam is a small eating place located at 699, Kongu Nagar on the Trichy Road in Coimbatore. You can find us right across the street from Alvnia School in Ramanathapuram. It’s a very busy area, especially when the school starts or lets out for the day. We’ve been running this unavagam for a while now and it has become a regular spot for many people who live nearby. The setup is quite basic. We have a few rows of tables and a small kitchen where all the cooking happens. We don't have any fancy decorations or corporate branding. It’s just a local place where you can get a simple meal. Trichy Road is one of the main paths through Coimbatore, so there is always a lot of movement outside our door. We open up early in the morning to start the prep work. This involves a lot of cleaning and getting the stoves ready for the day. It’s just a few of us handling everything from taking orders to making sure the floor is swept. We don't spend any money on advertising or fancy signs. Most of our customers are folks who work in the neighborhood or parents who are waiting for their kids at the school. We just focus on our daily routine and making sure there is food ready for anyone who stops in. It’s a modest business but we take the work seriously.
