Murali restaurant is a small place located at number 6, Edayar Street in Coimbatore. We are right across from Jain & Company, which is a well-known spot in this neighborhood. Edayar Street is usually quite narrow and packed with people and vehicles, so it can be a bit of a squeeze to get here, but we like the energy of the area. The restaurant itself isn't very big. We have a few tables and a small counter where we take orders. It’s the kind of place where you come in, eat your meal, and carry on with your day. We don't have fancy lighting or expensive paintings on the walls. It’s just a plain room with good ventilation. Most of the people who work here have been with us for years, so we all know how the routine goes. We start early to get the stove going and the ingredients ready. The noise from the street outside usually filters in, but that’s just part of being in this part of Coimbatore. We don't bother with complicated menus; we stick to what we know how to cook well. Sometimes it gets hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. It’s a family-run sort of vibe, even if we aren't all related. We just want to provide a decent place for people to eat. There’s nothing corporate about us. We’re just a local business on a busy street trying to do things right.
