Kowloon Chinese Restaurant

Kowloon Chinese Restaurant is tucked away on Collector Shivakumar Street in Saibaba Colony. We are specifically at No 60 B 1 in the Kuppakonanpudur area. My family and I have been running this place for a while now because we really enjoy making Chinese food the way people like it here in Coimbatore. It is a small street, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but our regulars usually find a way. Inside, the kitchen is always busy with the sound of woks and the smell of soy sauce and garlic. We make a lot of noodles and fried rice, and we try to get the orders out quickly because everyone seems to be in a hurry these days. It’s a simple setup with basic tables and we don’t go in for all that expensive lighting or fancy menus. We just write down what we have and get to cooking. Most of our customers are from the neighborhood, people who live in the colony and want something different for dinner. Sometimes we get a bit overwhelmed on weekend nights when everyone decides to eat out at the same time, so the service might be a little slower then. We are just regular people trying to run a decent kitchen and keep things moving. You won't find any corporate speeches here, just hot food and a place to sit for a bit while you eat your dinner.
